Any case based on false claims and shady evidence is destined to fail, some sooner than later. Same happened with Simaata, one of Finance Bank’s open conspirators. Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani is a person of high repute. He successfully built businesses across Zambia and other nations and has been continuously growing. He is also very likeable person among peers and friends, and he is very calm and honest individual. Some of the organizations of Dr. Rajan Mahtani such as the Finance Bank and Portland Cement Zambia provided employment opportunities and economic prospects to various provinces. He has also avoided all conspiracies against him year on year and has continued to work towards the welfare of the society.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani is not the type of person who would jump in to save his reputation. He believes that the reputation of a person is build by his work and as a result, he has continued to work towards building institutions for people in spite of all conspiracies behind him. However, the situation went uncontrollably when Simaata started spreading rumors across courts and newspapers started publishing them. As a result of these, the reputation of Finance Bank Zambia was seriously at skate. The only option for the bank was to sue Simaata. Finance Bank then took support from Dr. Rajan Mahtani and registered a case against Simaata at the Supreme Court of Zambia. Dr. Rajan Mahtani is the firm believer of law and as a result the matter was taken to the law and not handled self. The verdict is known to all. Simaata lost the case.

The Zambian people are very much aware of the true conspirators of the nation. These traitors can put innocent people at stake just to see their personal gains fulfilled. However, this recent win by Dr. Mahtani & Finance Bank is evident that the government has too started to recognize the real traitors of this nation.
