The minority shareholder of the Portland Cement Zambia, Ital Terrazzo Limited (ITL) continues to gain ground as the new publication misleads the locals. Zambia Reports, as usual, has tried its level best to achieve multiple objectives of its masters. On one hand, it has tried to preach everyone that Portland Cement Zambia has been acknowledged with the award of being the BEST EMPLOYER and on the other hand, it has done its regular business of defaming Dr. Rajan Mahtani, the Executive Chairman of Mahtani Group of Companies. In such regard, it can be well assumed that the conspirators are continuously trying to play cheap games with the Zambian public and Dr. Rajan Mahtani.

One factor that has been shocking everyone is the approach of Zambia Reports. Earlier, attacks were made openly where Zambia Reports would highlight their claim against Dr. Mahtani in the heading of the article itself. But this time around, the mode of attack has been shifted from direct to indirect. Beneath the article that claims to praise Portland Cement Zambia, the conspirators have placed their dirty story on Dr. Rajan Mahtani. So, when a person reads the article he automatically gets exposed to their lies.

Needless to say, all these shameful events are being run under the nose of the Government and still there has not been a single intervention. The conspirators continue to execute their plans with utmost comfort and without the fear of being dragged into legal trouble. The last time Court had asked them to be present for the purpose of settling the prevailing dispute of ownership in Portland Cement Zambia, they were seen fleeing the nation just days before the designated hearing date. This clearly implies that they are least interested in settling the matter in the court. Rather they are happy to implement their mafias tactics.
