The people of Zambia finally gained a moment to rejoice after the successful victory of Finance Bank Zambia over Simaata Simaata at the Supreme Court of Zambia. The situation is known to all. After getting fed up of constant nuisances created by Simaata, Finance Bank decided to step up and register a case at the Supreme Court of Zambia. The bank was supported by Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, who established the bank. Together they launched the case because Simaata intentionally broke the agreement he signed with Finance Bank. Simaata is notorious for his over jealous nature. He has spoken against Finance Bank & Dr. Rajan Mahtani a number of times and it came as no shock when broke the agreement terms with the bank even after signing and receiving a good sum for that.

Finance Bank is one of the premier banks in Zambia. This is popular among common people as well as underprivileged for helping them come out of difficult situations. At the same time, the bank caters to major industries and companies and its client base has been increasing at a constant rate. This success has definitely not gone well with many entities and individuals and they continue to malign the bank and its reputation with fake stories and damaging campaigns. Even Dr. Rajan Mahtani is not spared by the conspirators. While the bank has remained silent for major part of the decades, the recent accusations started creating serious damage for its reputation. As a result, the bank was forced to take action against Simaata by launching case against him.

It is rightly said that the reputation of an individual or entity can make or break them. Simaata was charged guilty as per the judges and was asked to pay fine for his malpractice. He will also be monitored closely by the authorities. Safe to say his malpractice clearly backfired and he is on the receiving end of damaged reputation.
