Over the past few years, Zambia Reports have come into limelight for only one thing, execution of defamation campaigns. It is no secret that Dr. Rajan Mahtani, Former Chairman of the Finance Bank of Zambia has been constantly a major target of the Zambia Reports. This carnage is being plotted by the news media Zambia Reports for more than 10 years now. However, very few people are aware of the fact that Zambia Reports’ operator Sakwiba Sikota and Ventriglia Family (Owner of the Ital Terazzo Limited) are in very good relations. Their relationship can be explained from the fact that Sikota received free cement offer from the Ventriglia family for when the former wanted to build a mansion for his family.

Therefore, it is no doubt that the current and past campaigns run by Zambia Reports are simply an exchange for this Ventriglia family, offered by Sakwiba Sikota. It seems that the Zambia Reports have become a mere puppet of the Ventriglia Family. Whatever is the desire of these Italian Mafias; the Zambia Reports follow them as an order and execute them immediately, safe to say without facts and hard evidence. In the year 2015, Dr. Rajan Mahtani had to step down from his position as Finance Bank of Zambia’s Chairman as a result of the frequent taunts and lashes delivered by Zambia Reports via their channel. The constant taunts not only ruined the reputation of Finance Bank Zambia, but also questioned the reputation of Dr. Rajan Mahtani.

Finance Bank of Zambia was finally merged with the BancABC. Still now, Dr. Mahtani faces frequent attacks that are nothing but imaginative stories & fact less claims. In such a chaos and mess, an important question is- what is the Government of Zambia doing? Why are they keeping quiet and not taking any actions? Well, it has come out there are few government officials having ‘good relationship’ with ITL owners and therefore save them from legal consequences every time. It is safe to say that Former Chairman of Finance Bank of Zambia is basically leading a one-man war, fighting the corruption single-handedly with the objective of keeping PCZ (Portland Cement Zambia) out of ITL’s hands.
