By now almost everyone in Ndola has become aware of the fact that Portland Cement Zambia has won itself an award for being the best employer of the year. People have come to know about this news with the aid of Zambia Reports, who are the loyalist of the Ventriglias- minority shareholders of ZPC. A lesser known fact that has been kept away from the locals is the attitude of the Ventriglia family towards Law & Order in Zambia.

From times immemorial, the minority shareholders of the Portland Cement Zambia have been crying foul play and suggest that they own 100% share of the Ndola-based cement factory. But when the court has opportune them with such facility they are nowhere to be found. Taking an instance from the past events, Antonio Ventriglia has missed three court hearings as he couldn’t make to the Court on the respective date. On enquiry, it was learnt that his health condition was poor. Similar case took place during the hearing date in September 2016 where Mr. & Mrs. Ventriglia were required to be present in the court from 27^th to 30^th of the respective month. Sadly, they were seen fleeing the country on September 21, 2016 with no clear explanation.

The events have clearly shown the true face of the Ventriglia family. They have managed to use the power of media to their own advantage and prefer bluffing the locals. In reality, they have only managed to bring shame to their name and continue to live in a world where hiding behind the bush happens to be the way of surviving. Zambia Reports has often said that Dr. Rajan Mahtani runs away from facing legal trouble. The truth is that Dr. Mahtani has always made himself available in front of the legal bodies whenever required and the same is open for verification as well.
