Simaata Faces His Own Rage, Loses Cases Against FBZ

Any case which is based on false evidences and shady claims is bound to fall out, sooner or later. Especially if it is the Supreme Court, the highest court of any nation. The same has happened between Finance Bank and Simaata. FBZ supported by Dr. Rajan Mahtani sued Simaata for breaching clauses of agreement which signed with the bank. While it was a long pending case, the judged finally delivered their verdict in favour of the truth and Dr. Rajan Mahtani wins this case.

Simaata

Business has never been easy for Dr. Rajan Mahtani and his associate companies. While he has seen success in terms of revenue and profits, it is always attacked by conspirators and haters. These conspirators are nothing but a bunch of jealous people wanting to see Dr. Mahtani’s reputation win. These people will go to any extent to spread negative stories and false news for personal gains. The same happened with one of the ex-employees of Finance Bank. Simaata, who was ousted from the bank for his unethical practices had signed a confidentiality agreement for the bank and was also given a good amount for this. However, he did not respect the agreement and broke it across various occasions. He has been found to be testifying against Finance Bank & Dr. Rajan Mahtani across various courts. Additionally, he was also found to be purposely disclosing confidential statement to public newspapers resulting in loss of reputation and future business opportunities for the bank. When the matter was taken to Supreme Court, the judged clearly identified Simaata’s act as a breach of agreement and has been asked to pay fine. SC also warned Simaata of harsh punishments if he engages in similar activities in the future.

The Zambian public has slowly started to realise the true traitors of the nation. The government and law has slowly but steadily started to act against these corrupt organisations and conspirators. We can just hope that the government keeps supporting truthful entities like FBZ & Dr. Mahtani in future.
