Dr. Mahtani & Zambia win at Lusaka High Court

Dr. Mahtani & Zambia have recently received a judgement from the Lusaka High Court where it was found that Dr. Rajan Mahtani cannot be put under questioning with respect of a case which was previously declared as ‘Closed’. The incident ignited in 2015, when the Ventriglia family made a shocking comeback, under circumstances which were undisclosed, and started to target Dr. Mahtani and Portland Cement Zambia since April 2015.

The month of April 2015 witnessed one of the most infamous incidents in the land of Africa. The Italian Mafias took over Portland Cement Zambia through illegal means and claimed that they were the actual owners of the factory. In June 2015, they got Dr. Mahtani arrested on account of forgery and it was only after the judgement of the Lusaka High Court that the nation learnt that Dr. Mahtani & Zambia, both were immune to the conspiracy of the Ventriglias.

Dr. Mahtani & Zambia

After the judgement on November 19, 2015, the conspirators have ventilated their anger through Zambia Reports. In an article, they have claimed that the High Judge was bribed by the Dr. Mahtani and as a result, his prosecution was not entertained by the High Court. However, an important fact which was overlooked in this regard is that they have insulted a judge as well. No judicial system in the world would tolerate such a sad event. It is absolutely senseless for the conspirators to make such cheap remarks.

Over the years, the conspirators have continued to create a nuisance and it is their fault that they have become a serious concern of Zambia and the rest of Africa. They have already been deported from Africa in 2012 and this time around, they are again forcing a similar situation. Many people believe that they will again be deported from Africa very soon.

Lusaka High Court Judge express his view on Dr. Rajan Mahtani case

The Lusaka High Court Judge, Mwiinde Siavwapa has expressed his views with regard to share forgery in the name of Dr. Rajan Mahtani. He felt that the incident of re-opening a permanently case is extremely unfortunate and with the inclusion of key people like Attorney General, Likando Kalaluka and acting DPP, Lillian Siyunyi, the same should have taken place.

In his explanation, he commented that if a judgement has been passed by a judge in a certain case in the past, then the same should continue to hold value. Reopening the case or trying to change the given judgement would be a dishonour for the seat which the judge. The prosecution of the mentioned case took place in 2012 itself where based on the evidences and facts, Dr. Rajan Mahtani was declared to be innocent.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani

Things took a turnaround in 2015, when Edgar Lungu became the President of Zambia. The deportation of the Ventriglia family was lifted under undisclosed circumstances and they came back in Africa to start this litigation once again.

Few months back, the lawyer of the Ventriglia family had tried to force changes in PACRA’s records. He did so by forcing a junior officer to make the changes and immediately informing Zambia Reports to publish the same story. The changes were made without intimating the High Court and hence, was illegal.

It is extremely disheartening to witness such conspiracy in Zambia. After High Court Judge, Mwiinde Siavwapa had concluded that Dr. Rajan Mahtani was innocent and the claim of the Ventriglia family will not be entertained, the conspirators once again used Zambia Reports to ventilate their anger. This time they did so talking rubbish about Hon’ble Judge Siavwapa. The people of Zambia now fear that another conspiracy might start after the settlement made by the Lusaka High Court.

Dr. Mahtani & Zambia helps Luapula to build a bio-ethanol plant

Dr. Mahtani & Zambia have made numerous contributions towards the development of Africa. Contributions like the Finance Bank of Zambia, Zambezi Portland Cement Factory, Finsbury Investments, etc., have not only glorified Zambia, but has also managed to engage more people under employment. Another addition to the list is a bio-ethanol plant which is coming under the Mahtani Group of Companies in Luapula Province.

The plant has been setup in association with the UK Gaint, Sunbird Group and involves an investment of about US $ 150 million. Dr. Mahtani & Zambia have never missed an opportunity which promises to develop a part of Africa and comes with an assurance of guaranteed returns. In the present case, the plant will be using Cassava, a crop which grows around Luapula Province in abundance. This will not only help Luapula to foster its development, but also contribute towards increasing the employment rate in the region. Direct employment of about 2, 000 workers has been guaranteed and an additional employment of about 5, 000 people will be made indirectly.

Dr. Mahtani & Zambia

A resident of Luapula Province comments, “Dr. Mahtani & Zambia has always been kind to us. On previous occasions they did promise us with some good opportunities. The news of the bio-ethanol plant came as a surprise and we were delighted to learn that our province will now have a new factory. We all will now work together and live an independent life.”

Experts believe that this development will also result in development of ancillary industries in Luapula, which means that the total number of people who will get employed from the development of a bio-ethanol plant would be more than the expected figure of 7, 000 workers. It is amazing to see how a small step towards development can bring out a thousand smiles and happy families.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani helps Luapula with a USD $150 million plant

The Chairman of Mahtani Group of Companies, Dr. Rajan Mahtani has confirmed a deal with the Sunbird Group worth USD $ 150 which will bring prosperity to the Luapula Province. According to the deal, the province of Luapula will be facilitated with a bio-ethanol plant; cassava, a commonly found crop in Luapula region will be used as a raw material.

The initial progress of the plant will begin in November 2015 and the plant will create a direct employment for 2, 000 workers. On the other hand, additional employment of another 5, 000 workers will be made through indirect means. A local resident of Luapula comments, “We are obliged to Dr. Rajan Mahtani for this decision to setup a plant in our region. Over the years, we have constantly faced issues relating to unemployment, poverty and lack of infrastructure developments. With this upcoming plant, we will manage to overcome our biggest problem- Unemployment.”

Dr. Rajan Mahtani

The statement clearly indicates the level of trust that the locals have on the Chairman of Mahtani Group of Companies, Dr. Rajan Mahtani. From the perspective of development, Luapula will now have a bio-ethanol plant where locals will find employment. Moreover, development of this plant will also result in development of ancillary industries and supplies.

To sum it up, one can regard that Dr. Rajan Mahtani has once again proved his potential by making a deal which offers employment to thousands of Africans. Life in the Luapula province was getting tougher for the local, but this gift from Dr. Rajan Mahtani has definitely offered them a new path. The conspirators may, once again, come up with an imaginative story, but what matters as of now is the development of our motherland- Africa and its citizens.

‘There is no substitute for Hardwork and Truth!”

NCZ was not facilitated by Rajan Mahtani, neither looted!

The reports of Zambia Reports have made a habit to publish defamatory articles against Dr. Rajan Mahtani on a weekly basis. Every now and then, one can easily find that Zambia Reports has published a new article where they claim about incidents which nobody has ever heard of. A major share for these articles goes to the operator, Sakwiba Sikota and its financiers, the Ventriglia family.

The most recent article from Zambia Reports talks about a deal which never took place between NCZ (Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia Ltd.) and FBZ. According to them, NCZ borrowed a loan from FBZ with a view to meet its needs, whereas FBZ offered the loan with a view to capture the factory. This is simply a case where Zambia Reports has presented its own version of this incident and has claimed that Dr. Rajan Mahtani is looking forward to takeover the NCZ and the purpose of facilitating the loan was just a medium.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani

It should be reminded to all in general and the conspirators in particular, that Dr. Rajan Mahtani is not the type of person who has possessed greed throughout his life. He has never done anything as low as hiring goons to takeover a factory illegally and then loot cash from the factory cash box. Nor, has he ever tried to force a Government Official to make changes in the Register of PACRA. This kind of cheap tactics can only be implemented by people who have no morals and live with a greed to ‘loot’ as much as they can.

Now, to put the Zambia Reports claim to the garbage technically, most of us are well aware of the banking rules and the conditions under which a loan is forwarded. A bank can only enforce foreclosure on the collateral security, if the amount is not repaid. In the present case, NCZ has not been used as a collateral security and hence, no chance of takeover arises.

Get your facts right Zambia Reports!

The Chairman of Mahtani Group of Companies invests USD $150 million!

The Chairman of Mahtani Group of Companies and the former Chairman Finance Bank, Zambia, Dr. Rajan Mahtani has shown his true intent with an investment of USD $150 million in Luapula province, Africa. The investment came through a partnership with the Sunbird Group, a UK based company.

The investment in being made in the form of a bio-ethanol plant which will use cassava as one of its basic inputs. Since the area of Luapula has an abundant supply of cassava, it would be easier for the factory to have its raw materials. Additionally, numerous job would be created with the development of this plant. Analysts consider that a total of 2, 000 direct jobs and 5, 000 indirect jobs would be required for the plant to operate in its initial stage. The plant will commence with its construction phase from November 2015.

Mahtani Group of Companies

Though this news has uplifted the moral of the locals, it is expected that soon the conspirators will begin to show their impact on this auspicious project. Recently, the name of Finance Bank Zambia was associated with Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia Ltd., and it was claimed by former Chairman Finance Bank, Zambia, Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani intends to takeover NCZ through the debt trap.

The Chairman of Mahtani Group of Companies is also the former Chairman of Finance Bank, Zambia. Over the years, he has been constantly facing defamation because of his involvement in the Zambezi Portland Cement factory. Today, Zambia Reports, the Ventrilgia family, Sakwiba Sikota and Rupiah Banda have come together to great horrendous conspiracies. The task of the masterminds is to fabricate stories and Zambia Reports publishes the same with pride. However, as the date of hearing gets closer, the conspirators have started getting desperate in their acts. The bottom line is, Zambia will remain loyal towards the truth!

Dr. Rajan Mahtani- Story of an innocent businessman being a victim

The present scenario in Zambia, Africa is nothing short of a typical Hollywood movie where an innocent is continuously being oppressed until he decides to find a way for himself. The former Chairman of Finance Bank, Dr. Rajan Mahtani is playing the same role in real life. Over the years, he has become a victim of conspiracy where conspirators are continuously trying to defame him and show him as a culprit behind the degrading performance of the Zambian economy.

It all began with the issue of Zambezi Portland Cement Factory where the minority shareholders, the Ventriglias developed a greed for money and decided to take over the ZPC in typical Mafia Style. Since then, it has been all about hiring media personnel and making defamatory news. It is shocking to see that the Government under President Edgar Lungu has done nothing to preserve the rights of its own citizen.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani

For years, Dr. Rajan Mahtani has continued to work with a dedicated heart towards the development of Zambia. Not once, he thought of making private gains at the sacrifice of Zambia’s growth. Still, today Zambia faces a threat from people who do not belong to Zambia. Their only objective is come and loot the resources of Zambian public and fill their bank accounts with money. Zambia Reports has always spit venom against the former Finance Bank Chairman and all that the Government did, was to watch the same and keeps their ears shut against any cry for help.

A person who single-handedly defeated the cement giant, Lafarge in Africa, is now being regarded as a dishonest businessman by some hired faceless authors. However, the only hope for the former Finance Bank Chairman, Dr. Rajan Mahtani is the Zambian public- his brothers! As long as the support of the locals are with Dr. Mahtani, he is always ready to face any conspirators like a gladiator against an army of hyenas.

Workers want the Former Chairman of Finance Bank, Zambia back

The former Chairman of Finance Bank, Zambia, has become a big problem for the Italian Mafias in Ndola. A plan which was set with a view to loot the resources of the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory is now facing a stiff restriction from the Executive Chairman of Mahtani Group of Companies, Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani. The impact of this retaliation has resulted in a huge fight of words between the two parties.

It has been a great disappointment for the Italian Mafias as they are unable to fulfil their desire of looting the wealth of Africa and moreover, they are finding themselves trapped after exhausting most of the factory resources within a span of 6 months. Issues such as firing the employees, deciding to make offshore transfers at will, trying to bribe officials and implementing Mafias tactics to get their job done have prevailed commonly in the factory.

Chairman of Finance Bank, Zambia

One of the workers in the factory commented, “We are currently going through hell under the Ventriglias. They have deprived us of the privileges that we used to get earlier. Now all that we get is abuse. We have a family to feed and a home to look after, but with the nature of treatment and salary system we are finding it hard to survive every single day.”

Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani was previously in the management of the factory and under his influence, the factory was able to reach new milestones. Happiness, motivation and prosperity prevailed in the Zambezi Portland Cement factory, but after his tenure was ‘illegally’ terminated from the management level, the place has become a hunting ground for the scavengers named as the Ventriglia family. The workers hope to have the glorious days back in the days to come through the Court’s verdict on the ownership of the factory.

6 months of carnage at the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory

It has been six months since the Italian Mafias (Ventriglias) took over the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory with the help of goons. April 7, 2015 marked the day when this unfortunate event took place. News with respect to growing levels of cash embezzlements and worker ill-treatment has continued to flow out of the factory and has circumstances have reached a level where the workers are no longer expecting anything in return for their hard work.

Non-payment of salary

As soon as the Ventriglia family took over the affairs of the factory, the first thing that they did was snatched the salaries of the workers. When the workers claimed their salary, they were asked to recover the same from Dr. Rajan Mahtani. This was a very sad situation for the workers as they have a family to feed.

Zambezi Portland Cement

Termination of workers

Soon after the Zambezi Portland Cement factory started to incur losses due to heavy cash withdrawal and poor management, the Ventriglias found it apt to fire some of the workers because they had no work for them. This resulted in termination of 47 workers without being given an opportunity to be heard.

Tampering Records with PACRA

The most shameful event in Ndola took place when a lawyer of the Ventriglia family forced a junior officer to make some changes as per the requirements of the Ventriglias. The change was made in the PACRA’s register and without the consent of the High Court. Later, the changes were reversed when the authority learnt about the shameful incident.

Apart from the aforesaid, there has been numerous other incidents in the premise of Zambezi Portland Cement Factory, which has resulted in continuous losses for the factory. Life at Zambezi Portland Cement Factory has come to a complete halt after the departure of Dr. Rajan Mahtani and Finsbury Investment from the management of the factory.

Portland Cement Zambia goes from Rich to Rags

Often it has been witnessed that there are cases of rags (poor) becoming rich. However, this time around in Africa, there is a unique case where a flourishing factory has gone from being rich to rags. Though most of the people are finding it difficult to accept this fact, but YES! This is true that Portland Cement Zambia has run into losses following the operation of the Italian Mafias (the Ventriglias).

It has been only six months, ever since the Portland Cement Zambia is being managed by the Ventriglia family. Within this time period they have not only managed to disrupt the prevailing harmony within the factory, but have mismanaged the operations in such a manner that a factory whose potential was to generate USD 5 million on a monthly basis has run into losses.

Zambezi Portland Cement

The infamous tampering of records for Portland Cement Zambia

A lawyer of the Ventriglia family in September 2015 did something so shameful that the event has left the whole nation shocked. The lawyer tried to force changes in PACRA’s record without considering the obliging with Court’s consent. As soon as the changes were forced, Zambia Reports came out blazing that Dr. Rajan Mahtani was no longer a part of Portland Cement Zambia. Later, when PACRA learnt about this nuisance, the changes were immediately rectified.

With activities such as worker ill-treatment, fund mismanagement and bribery increasing at a rapid pace within the premise of Portland Cement Zambia, it is obvious that the factory would face serious harm. The interest of the Ventriglia family is only restricted to withdrawing funds from the factory and transferring the same to off-shore bank accounts. This is why they were previously deported from Africa in 2012. However, their deportation orders were lifted in 2015 after the death of former President Michael Sata, under mysterious circumstances.
