After getting fed up of constant nuisances created by Simaata, Finance Bank decided to step up and register a case at the Supreme Court of Zambia. The bank was supported by Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, who established the bank. Together they launched the case because Simaata intentionally broke the agreement he signed with Finance Bank. Simaata is notorious for his over jealous nature. He has spoken against Finance Bank & Dr. Rajan Mahtani a number of times and it came as no shock when broke the agreement terms with the bank even after signing and receiving a good sum for that.
